"I am a contractor and I needed to talk to someone about a field adjuster. Kaitlin at Bob’s office was a freaking hero. She got back to me in a timely manner with the information I needed to get the job done to help a mutual customer. I highly recommend if you need to call this office to get information or something done quick, talk to Kaitlin. That office is super lucky to have her. "I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at Bob Boswell State Farm, specifically, my experience with Eric Richmond, marketing coordinator. A+ customer service! Eric is knowledgeable, personable, enthusiastic, easy to contact, and very responsive to calls, emails, texts, etc. I was previously working with another insurance group, but the quotes and coverage (home and auto) at State Farm were much better. The entire process was seamless and much easier than expected, all done over the phone. Definitely recommend!"

"I had been a client of State Farm for several years and I recently cancelled my policy due to "skyjacked" rates. An underinsured motorist ran a red light, injuring me and totaling out my vehicle. I had to make a claim on my own policy because the other driver didn't have enough coverage. This is when my rates went up roughly $50 per month!! Shame on you, Bob Boswell and shame on you, State Farm. You got sued and rightfully so. I am now with Ky Farm Bureau and I'm back to paying what I consider a reasonable rate. Do not settle for State Farm, as I had to go through living nightmares after this accident. These people are crooks. -James Summers"

Luckily, our rates are determined by a number of factors that include age and gender, location, driver records, type of vehicle, coverage limits, claims history, occupation, marital status, and usage and mileage. It's important to note that insurance companies use various algorithms and statistical models to calculate rates. We wish you the best with your new insurance company, we appreciate your previous loyalty and hope the limits they've set you up with are sufficient should another uninsured accident happen. -Bob"

"Like a good neighbor we'll deny your claim and send you a letter telling you to repair it or you'll be dropped. You pay for coverage but everything is excluded"

To our knowledge all homeowners insurance policies cover sudden and accidental direct physical damage so improper installation or maintenance will not be covered in a claim.
